It’s either a legit BANKSY or it’s someone who did a real good job doing a copy. It’s "Umbrella Girl" who showed up in New Orleans. The question is where and when will the rest pop up?

two person job
I have seen this type of graffiti before. Someone does all the work and someone with a pen adds the joke. I have a theory, this is the same type of person who writes his friends name on the bathroom stall graffiti style that say’s “for a good time call (503) 482-8175! They would add “SQUID” ha ha, not even funny!
